Supporter cards are mandatory for all visitors over the age of 7.
The process of obtaining a supporter card only takes about three minutes.
Obtaining a supporter card comes with a one-time registration fee: 2000 HUF (2500 HUF on match days).
To obtain the supporter card, an ID and an address card are required.
Type "B": it can only be used to buy tickets to sectors B1, B2, B3 and B4, behind the goal. There is no vein scanning upon entry.
Two versions of supporter cards are available:
Type "A": it can be used to buy tickets to any sector of the stadium. It includes vein scanning upon entry.
Type "B": it can only be used to buy tickets to sectors B1, B2, B3 and B4, behind the goal. There is no vein scanning upon entry.
General questions
1. Do I need a supporter card in all cases? Even if I only attend a single match?
Yes, all home sectors are only accessible with a supporter card, with the exception of VIP sectors.
2. If I have a pre-registration, do I still need to get a supporter card?
Yes, the supporter card is required in all cases.
3. If I have a pre-registration, do I still have to stand in the long registration queue?
No, on the left-hand side, when looking in from the outside, there is a pre-registration entrance marked with a sign, where you can enter by showing your confirmation e-mail.
4. What are A and B cards?
With the supporter card type A, registration including vein scanning is mandatory and tickets can be purchased to all home sectors, while with the supporter card type B, there is no vein scanning upon registration, but tickets can only be purchased to sectors B and B4.
5. What is pre-registration good for?
With pre-registration you will already have your virtual supporter number, so you can already purchase a ticket before you receive your supporter card, but only for the match you have selected in your pre-registration. You will only be able to enter the stadium once you have obtained your supporter card.
6. Can anyone buy a supporter card for persons under the age of 16?
In case of minors under the age of 16, the registration form can only be accepted with the consent of the legal guardian!
7. Can also foreign citizens get a supporter card?
Yes, but a document proving identity is still required (passport for non-EU nationals, identity card for EU nationals)
8. Can I buy a supporter card for someone over the age of 16?
No, persons over the age of 16 can only obtain their card in person.
General informations
Tickets purchased can only be transferred until the end of the opening hours of the ticket office on the last workday before the date of the match. The transfer of tickets is free of charge. It is also possible to transfer a season ticket for a single match against a fee of 1,500 HUF.
For ticket purchases on matchdays, we charge an additional handling fee of 500 HUF on all platforms, both online and on-site.
When buying a family ticket, one child (aged 6-14 years) is admitted free of charge, and for each additional child the discount is 50 percent of the applicable full ticket price. In addition to a maximum of two adult tickets, at least one child ticket must be purchased to enter the family sector!
General questions
1. If I do not have a supporter card, can I still buy tickets?
Yes, with a valid pre-registration before the given match, but to gain entry it is imperative to obtain a supporter card.
2. If I want to go to a match instead of someone else, can I have the ticket transferred to my name on the day of the match?
Tickets purchased can only be transferred until the end of the opening hours of the ticket office on the last workday before the date of the match.
3. If I have accidentally bought a ticket to B4, but I would prefer to sit in C2, is it possible on the day of the match?
Unfortunately not, as there is no passage between sectors B/B4 and C2-6, and changes to tickets are not possible on matchdays.
4. What should I do if I think I have bought a ticket but I have not received a confirmation email?
Please contact the ticket office in all cases, our staff will help you.
5. If I don't want to get a supporter card, can I still buy tickets for the match?
Yes, you can buy tickets to specific VIP sectors (Telekom, VIP Gold, VVK, Guest sector "E") also without a supporter card.
6. Can I pay by credit card at the ticket office?
Certainly you can, but payment by Széchenyi (SZÉP) card is not possible.
7. Can I buy tickets for other people at the ticket office or online?
Yes you can, as long as you know their card number, which can be found in the bottom left-hand corner of their respective supporter cards.
8. When does the visitor ticket office open on matchdays?
2 hours before the start of the match.

Home sectors (except VIP sectors) can only be accessed with a supporter card.
On entry, only small objects are allowed to be taken in, please consult the house rules for more information.

1. If I accidentally brought someone else's supporter card, what can I do?
On the day of the match, you can redeem your own supporter card for a fee at the Supporters' Registration Office by presenting your ID card. IMPORTANT, after redeeming your supporter card, the older card will be automatically disabled.
2. If I left my supporter card at home, what can I do?

3. If I don't see a barcode or QR code on my paper ticket, how can I gain access?
If there is neither a barcode or QR code on your ticket, it is only a confirmation of a ticket linked to a supporter card, and cannot be used for entry.
4. I would bring my child under the age of 7 to the match, can I take them in?
Of course, fans under the age of 7 can be admitted without a ticket/card. There are special gates on the right side of each group of gates where parents can enter together with their children under the age of seven.
5. Can I bring a stroller, a pram or a pushchair?
Of course, but unfortunately we cannot provide safe storage for the item.
6. Can I enter sector B4 from the direction of gate group II?
No, you can only enter sector B4 via gate group I.
7. If I have accidentally bought a ticket to B4, but I would prefer to sit in C2, is it possible on the day of the match?
Unfortunately not, as there is no passage between sectors B/B4 and C2-6, and changes to tickets are not possible on match days.
8. Can I take in the reusable cup from the last match that I took home?
Reusable cups that have been taken out of the stadium cannot be brought back to the stadium premises and must be collected by security personnel without any further consideration.
9. If I have a pre-registration supporter number, can I use it to enter the stadium?
No, entry is only allowed with a supporter card.
10. If I have left my supporter card at home but I have a photograph of it, can I use it to gain entry?
No, but for a fee you can have your supporter card replaced at the Supporters' Registration Office.
11. Where can I top up my supporter card in the stadium?
At the hostess stations in the stadium.
